The mission of the Assessor is to deliver a complete and accurate Assessment Roll reflecting fair and proper values for every owner of property in Tulare County. To continue our current high level of service to the public.
Objectives - The objective of the Assessor is to honor our mandate to locate, identify and value, according to law, all assessable property in the county and deliver, by July 1 of each year, a complete and accurate Assessment Roll reflecting fair and proper values for every property owner in Tulare County, and to treat each property owner with equality and respect.
