CAFR (Comprehensive Annual Financial Report) - Received the ninth consecutive Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting for FY 03/04. CAFR Personnel Currently Assigned: 9 FTE, 1 Extra Help Program Workload Information: Issue 4,200 payroll checks every two weeks for county employees, volunteer firemen, and some special districts. Process 250 garnishments each payroll period. Prepare State Controller's reports, CAFR and cost plans for State and other controlling agencies. Process 16,000 plus social services benefits for recipients per month. Prepare financial documents for pending debt issues and maintain debt service information for existing debt.
