This is to alert you that customers have reported that an automatic dialer with a DCSS Caller ID and showing the phone number (866)901-3212 has contacted them and asked them to provide their SSN. The Department of Child Support Services will never ask you to enter personal and confidential information such as your social security number or date of birth using automated services. If you receive a call requesting that you enter personal information, simply hang up and contact your local child support office at 1(866)901-3212 to verify whether we need information from you.
