| In alignment with the goals and objectives of the Tulare County Strategic Business Plan, the County has commissioned Vanir CM to perform the following task:
A. Conduct Preliminary Survey on the condition of all County owned facilities. B. Conduct Preliminary Site Evaluations on two of the County's owned sites in the City of Visalia C. Based on the selected site, develop three alternative site Utilization Master Plans for a proposed New County Civic Center. D. Develop a set of broad recommendations (The Next Steps) which will assist the County and its Board of Supervisors to make decisions in implementing the desired out come of its stated goals and objectives as outlined in its 2006-2011 Strategic Business Plan.
