Goals Human Services Department Work in partnership with our community in order to support and strengthen families so that children can thrive in a safe, nurturing and permanent home. Lead in the development, operation and provisin of services to provide protection, preserve the dignity and independence, and enhance and improve the physical and mental health of seniors. Promote self-sufficiency and personal responsibility for our clients while providing financial assistance and work-related support services.
