The Employee Recognition Program at the Resource Management Agency was adopted by the Board of Supervisors to recognize significant contributions by County employees to public service. These contributions are referred as one specific act of extraordinary service or a continual commitment of dedicated service. The objectives of the Employee Recognition Program Policy are:- - To recognize and promote positive behaviors that support individuals, groups, units & departments in achieving the Agency/County goals and objectives.
- To provide timely recognition to employees in a non-monetary award based on the significance of the contribution.
- To improve employee productivity and quality of work
- To improve our quality of customer service.
Each ERP award recipient receives an Employee Recognition Certificate and one additional day of vacation is credited to the employee. Each recipient is automatically nominated for County employee of the year.
