PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE TULARE COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE (CAO) WILL BE CLOSED DURING THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 26 THUR DECEMBER 30, 2011 AND THE ASSESSOR’S OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 21 THRU NOBEMBER 25 DUE TO MANDATORY FURLOUGHS. All maps to be processed before December 30, 2011 will need to be filed with the Tulare County Tax Collectors office no later than November 1, 2011 in order to have enough time to complete the tax clearance process and file with the CAO’s office by the cut off date of December 20, 2011. All maps filed after November 1, 2011 may or may not be completed by December 20, 2011 based on the current work load of the Tax Collector’s and the Assessor’s office.

The above e-mail address can also be used to request copies of fee letters and map clearances. Note your name or companies name must appear on the map paper work for the Tax Collector to send out copies.In some instances the Tax Collector may call the tax payer to verify the request.
