On December 8, 2009, Tulare County Board of Supervisor's approved the sale at Internet Auction (www.bid4assets.com) of tax-defaulted properties, subject to the Power of Sale according to Chapter 7 of Part 6 of Division 1 of the California Revenue and Taxation code. An auction is tentitively scheduled for late March 2010. We are currently updating our Frequently Asked Questions and Terms and Conditions. For any questions call our office at 559-636-5250.
